The program provides a forum for youth between ages 10 to 18 to develop applied skills such as public speaking, teamwork, effective communication, and leadership, at an early age.  These applied skills, which are very important in today’s work environment, are something the school curriculums don’t focus on enough. 

This program is offered through a facilitator-managed, dynamic and fun-filled learning environment.  It is taught in a safe space, where individuals feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, ideas, and dreams with the facilitator and also with other youth.
